Tasleeh Tactical Shop – Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tasleeh Tactical. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Airsoft Guns & Airguns & Knifes

  • No Returns – No Exchanges – No Warranty
     All sales of airsoft guns, airguns, and related components (including BBs, CO₂ cartridges, internal parts) are final.
    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for any reason, including if the item is unused or unopened.
    • We highly recommend customers test all items before leaving the store or inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival.
    • Due to safety, legal, reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances, even if unused.

This policy is in place because each item is registered under the Emirates ID of the buyer, in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Once the product is registered under the buyer’s name, full responsibility for its use, including any misuse or legal implications, rests solely with the buyer. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items under any circumstances.


2. Accessories & Tactical Gear

  • Exchange Only (No Refunds or Returns)
     Accessories (e.g., vests, holsters, optics, targets) may be exchanged only if:
    • Resalable Condition
    • The item is unused, in brand new condition
    • All original packaging and tags are intact
    • The request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery
    • Exchange is subject to product availability and store approval.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Email [sales@tasleeh.ae] with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will exchange the item. Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.

4. No Warranty Coverage

Tasleeh Tactical Shop does not offer any warranty on any product sold. This applies to:

  • Airsoft guns & airguns
  • Tactical accessories
  • Electronic or mechanical items

We recommend checking and testing items thoroughly at the time of purchase.

5. Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition:

  • Airsoft guns & airguns & knifes
  • Opened COâ‚‚ cartridges, BBs, ammunition
  • Opened or used protective gear
  • Items labeled as Final Sale or Clearance

6. How to Request an Exchange

To Request an accessory exchange:

  1. Email  sales@tasleeh.ae or call +02 5555 303 within 7 days
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Wait for approval before shipping or visiting the store
  4. Ship the product back (customer pays return shipping unless defective or incorrect items)

8. Policy Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase with Tasleeh Tactical, you acknowledge and agree to this Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
